The National Weather Service issued a blizzard warning early Wednesday morning for many areas in the nation’s northeastern corridor. The Washington D.C. metro area, New York, Baltimore, Newark, Atlantic City, Dover, Philadelphia and Long Island are all expecting 10 to 22 inches of snow.
Government offices and airports throughout the region are closed, and an even bus service in some areas has been suspended during the recent cold snap. Travelers are advised to check their flight status online before making their way to the airport.
